Mr David Hopper BVM&S MRCVS

​Newcastle born & bred David lives in Horncastle and has been a vet in the area for many years. He has two dogs and a cat all of which somehow went home with him from work! David is a singer with the local choral society and also with St Mary's church choir but can always be persuaded to join in with a karaoke! He enjoys walking with his dogs and reading. Had David not studied to become a vet he would have probably pursued his fascination with history and become and archaeologist.

Susan Hopper BSc DipHE ANA RAMA

Susan is the practice manager, responsible for the everyday running of the practice, but loves nursing and spending time assisting in theatre most of all. Susan enjoys walking with her dogs, singing, cooking vegetarian food and anything arty. Being qualified in forensic psychology Susan has developed a growing interest in examining the relationship between how we treat our animals and other human beings.

​​Sandra - Head Receptionist

​Sandra otherwise known as Jimi has worked with Vet on the Corner since 2015 and has become an invaluable member of the team. She is your calm and helpful voice on the end of the phone and will often assist with the animals too. Sandra is well known in Horncastle and involved in many sporting activities including swimming, hockey and as a netball coach. She lives with her family and a rather lovely Border Terrier called Poppy.
